1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
• If your refund is delayed beyond 14 days, please contact your bank or card provider as processing times may vary.
3. Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item sent).
4. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.
• We will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
