1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

        Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

        Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

        Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

        Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

        Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

        Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

        If your refund is delayed beyond 14 days, please contact your bank or card provider as processing times may vary.

3. Exchanges

        Exchanges are subject to product availability.

        If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item sent).

4. Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

        Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

        Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

        We will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

    2.    State whether you want a refund or exchange.

    3.    Ship the item back to us at the return address we will provide.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

        If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please first check your bank account or payment provider.
